Who an offer is for
Eligibility rules state who may claim. Common conditions include being a new or existing customer, completing identity checks and using an eligible payment method.
Some deposits made through e-wallets or certain transfer types are excluded from offers, so check the method list before you deposit.

The qualifying action
The qualifying action is what triggers the offer, such as a minimum deposit, a first bet or opting in before a set date. Missing the order of steps is a common reason an offer is not credited.
If a code or opt-in is required, it usually has to be completed before the qualifying deposit, not afterwards.

Wagering requirements
A wagering requirement is the total amount you must stake before bonus funds, or winnings from them, become withdrawable. It is written as a multiple, such as 10x or 30x.
Check what the multiple applies to. A requirement on the bonus alone is much lighter than the same multiple applied to the deposit plus the bonus.

Game contribution rates
Not every game counts equally towards wagering.
| Game type | Example contribution | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 100% | Each RM1 staked counts as RM1 |
| Table games | 10% to 20% | Each RM1 staked counts as RM0.10 to RM0.20 |
| Live casino | 0% to 10% | Often excluded or heavily reduced |
| Sports bets | Varies by odds | May only count above a minimum price |

Expiry dates and caps
Time and money limits decide whether an offer is realistic for you.
- Claim window: how long you have to opt in after qualifying
- Wagering window: days allowed to complete the playthrough
- Maximum bet: the stake limit per spin, hand or bet while the bonus is active
- Winnings cap: the most you can withdraw from bonus play

A worked example
Suppose an offer adds a RM100 bonus to a RM100 deposit, with a 10x requirement on the bonus only. You would need to stake RM1,000 on eligible games before the bonus converts.
If the same 10x applied to deposit plus bonus, the figure doubles to RM2,000. Playing table games at 10% contribution would mean staking ten times more again, which is why contribution rates matter as much as the headline multiple.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a sticky and a non-sticky bonus?
With a non-sticky bonus your own deposit is played first and can be withdrawn before bonus funds are touched. A sticky bonus cannot be withdrawn itself, only the winnings above it once wagering is complete.
Does cancelling a bonus remove my winnings?
Usually cancelling removes the bonus and any winnings made with it, while your remaining own funds stay in the account. Check the cancellation clause in the offer terms.
Are free spins subject to wagering?
Often the winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds with their own requirement. The offer terms state whether that applies.
