Which contact options to use
The channels displayed on this page are the ones to use. If a channel or set of hours is not listed here, treat any other address, chat link or phone number you come across with caution, especially if it reached you through a message you did not expect.
Account and payment questions belong with the operator's own support team. Questions about an article, guide or policy on this website can be sent through the same options, marked as a content query.

What to include in your message
A short, complete first message saves a round of follow-up questions. Give enough detail to identify the issue without exposing anything that could be used to take over your account.
- The username or registered email address on the account, not the password.
- What you were trying to do and the page or screen where it went wrong.
- The date and approximate time, plus any reference number the cashier showed.
- The exact wording of any error message, or a screenshot with personal details covered.
- For payments, the method type used (for example online banking or an e-wallet) and the amount in RM.

Keep your account safe when asking for help
Genuine support staff do not need your password, a one-time PIN or your full card or banking credentials. Never share these in chat, email or social media, even if the request looks official.
If someone contacts you first claiming to be Siti88 support and asks you to move money or log in through a link, stop and return to the official site yourself before doing anything else.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long does a reply usually take?
Response times depend on the channel and the volume of requests at the time. If hours are shown on this page, messages sent outside them are normally picked up when support resumes.
Can I send ID documents through chat?
Only upload documents through the verification area inside your account or a channel support has confirmed for that purpose. Avoid sending ID images by ordinary email or social media.
Who handles a complaint about a withdrawal?
Withdrawals are handled by the operator, so raise the issue with operator support first and keep the reference number. Our withdrawal help page explains which details to gather.
